Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

FIVESIDE.STUDIO is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, or your local post office first.

In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement as a goodwill gesture. Replacements are not guaranteed and will not be issued repeatedly for the same customer/address.
