Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, not all return requests will be granted. We cannot accept returns for items with non quality issues.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you on how to return your item to us. The buyer is to cover the full cost of the return without exceptions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Remember: We can't accept returns for sizing unless your item(s) has arrived in a size that you did not order. Please pay attention to the size guide and measure before you buy. (Only applies to custom items with printing)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

  • FIVESIDE.STUDIO is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office first.

  • In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement as a goodwill gesture. Replacements are not guaranteed and will not be issued repeatedly for the same customer/address.

  • For higher-value orders, we recommend choosing a shipping option that includes signature confirmation for extra security.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
