配送ポリシー

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

• FIVESIDE.STUDIO is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

• If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, or your local post office first.

• In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement as a goodwill gesture. Replacements are not guaranteed and will not be issued repeatedly for the same customer/address.
